Microcosm

Oscar Wilde said "Life is too important to be taken seriously."

There are people living in the rubble of Iraq and people living in the rubble of New Orleans. There are thousands of pets and people who don't have homes or enough to eat. There are people dealing with huge amounts of job and family stress... cancer, loss of work and money, etc. Oh that *they* had the luxury to worry and fixate about thoughts and words and opinions the way I did today. Time to look at the Big Picture and just appreciate that everything I'm dealing with is "small" and manageable and no big deal. Today I choose not to sweat the small stuff.
