Saturday Parade of Homes

I love this house.
I'd live here in a heartbeat. It even has a purple wall. :)

It's on a corner and the lot is very deep. I love the tiles on the risers of the steps and also the open pergola-like partial covering over the long window in front. It has wonderful curb appeal. The inside? Hard to tell, but I'm guessing it's roomy, and there are steps up and down into rooms, and lots of woodwork and tile. And if they have the guts to do a bright purple wall, the inside is likely fun as well.

My realtor told me it used to be a Colonial. Can you believe that? I don't even see it. Whomever renovated did an excellent job.

What more can I say about this rancho-Spanish home? Zoom in and enjoy.
$2 million (the lot is enormous + guest house, and the area is full of trees and lots of expensive homes).
